ELCOWIRE – NOW EVEN STRONGER IN RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS

We are pleased to announce that Stephan Witte joins Elcowire in January 2026, with overall responsibility for Business Unit Rail. Stephan will be part of the Group Management Team and he succeeds Dr. Jan Siebert, who is moving into an advisory role.

Stephan brings over 20 years of combined technical and commercial experience from three of the largest companies within the Deutsche Bahn Group. He has held senior executive positions with a focus on managing railway and plant infrastructure across Germany, including large infrastructure project management, with full responsibility for delivering on project objectives.

With a significant network of technical experts and management-level contacts within the Deutsche Bahn Group and major metropolitan public transport organizations, Stephan strengthens Elcowire’s ability to support railway customers across the entire value chain.

His detailed knowledge of the railway infrastructure system and the production processes in plants makes Stephan a knowledgeable and customer-oriented consulting partner to our stakeholders.

In his most recent role as Vice President Sales at Feindrahtwerk Adolf Edelhoff GmbH & Co. Stefan was responsible for Sales and Marketing and led all sales activities as well as key account development. His work focused on strategic growth, customer partnerships, and team performance — all while driving value-added selling and strengthening the supply chain, particularly in markets where energy efficiency and sustainability are increasingly decisive factors.

The importance of sustainability has grown into a central part of Stefan’s work over the past decade, with a strong focus on addressing sustainable customer partnerships and a resilient supply chain. He has placed great emphasis on developing strong teams, building long-term relationships, and setting clear, achievable deliverables.

A key leadership philosophy for Stefan will be fostering visibility between customer needs and daily operations at Elcowire. Understanding customers’ expectations enables the entire team to deliver products and solutions that strengthen competitiveness. “It is essential to know the people behind the processes — only together we can create the best and most sustainable results,” he says.

ELCOWIRE SHARPENS STRATEGY WITH STRONGER CUSTOMER FOCUS – CHRISTOPH BUSCH TAKES ON NEW KEY ACCOUNT ROLE

Elcowire is entering 2026 with a refreshed strategy and a stronger focus on its customers. As part of this shift, Christoph Busch steps into a new role as Key Account Manager, strengthening the company’s presence among 15 key customers across several rapidly developing sectors.

These customers operate in growing industries such as Energy, and Infrastructure — areas where Elcowire aims to support the growth. “Regular communication and aligning their needs with our Wire Rod capabilities and production will be central,” says Christoph. “We’re moving towards increased demand for Wire Rod in these expanding sectors, and I will have more dedicated time for these customers.”

With a supply chain anchored in Elcowire’s own copper production, the new structure is designed to ensure closer collaboration, increased visibility, and better responsiveness to customer needs. Christoph’s focus will span Germany, Austria, and Switzerland — markets with significant potential for long-term growth.

The changes takes effect in early January 2026, marking an important step in Elcowire’s continued commitment to customer-oriented development.

ELCOWIRE GROUP HAS APPOINTED TOMAS LARSSON AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

We are pleased to announce that Tomas Larsson has joined Elcowire Group as CFO. 

Tomas brings extensive experience in financial strategy, operational performance, and leadership 
within industrial and technology-driven companies. He suceeds Lilian Hegg who has moved into retirement.

In his role, Tomas oversees financial planning, reporting, capital allocation and risk management, to provide strong support across all business units and operations.

long-term growth ambitions.”

Tomas joins Elcowire Group after holding senior financial leadership positions in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, where he successfully been driven development and growth, improved governance, and implemented sustainable financial frameworks.
